Promises on paper looks so good but for four days 3G network is not working. Im using three vodafone sim but there are plenty of fish in the ocean. For many years I’ve been a voda user but maybe need a change.. by spending a thousand plus on netpack alone.. check my no. I could opt for a good broadband on my laptop.. final straw. If this is what you can offer to a customer then so be it..
I think, no network provider in India fixes such problems on priority. So, its always better to change to new network if a better one is available. You can use mobile number portability to retain the number.
May i know why Vodafone C.C why given wrong information to Costomar,If he/She don’t know about any product Call,Sms or Data pack? Is it included Trams & Conditions?
