Pathetic service from videocon as no service center available near your location, waiting for compressor to be replace since 2 week and the waranty will voide in 1 week , there is only one service center, khalsa service center of vashi is pathetic, owner Mr singh, has no manner how to speak with customer or does not pick up the phone… specially when we follow up with because of our need to get it fix, if you complaint on email [email protected]…they do not give responce at once …been 2 weeks very frustrated…all the store locator on vediocon site are not authorised service center as the site is not updated ..have called all the service center provided on website…its pathetic site, my small toddler is have heat problem since past 2 weeks iam not getting help…..very disgusting service.

I brought 50;inch TV yesterday from top ten dealer from vashi , as promised by them delivery was made on said date, today I got a message from service center saying dear customer with ref no will be serviced by Irfan 8828039434 svc center 02260601756, I called asking what time he is cuming for installation, firstly he told me there was no intimation message sent to him on his number and on top he was asking me to pick him from station if I have a bike, I asked him to manage on his own, the person named Mr Irfan was very rude guy, he dint like when I told him the installation is not doing properly , hr dint get his equipments, I tried helping him however his behaviour was pathetic, if this was the service is given to the customer I would have not opted for videocon.
Expecting a better service from a brand like Videocon and have people who has some etiquettes to on how to talk with the customer.

I registered my complent 7 day before for sound issue of my LCD. Since neither received any msg from customer care nor any response for my mail. Mumbai customer care no. Is out of service.. customer care persons on call always have technical issues if ask to provide information regarding complent…very frustrating service by Videocon.
Calling since last week. Operator give same reply will call back within half an hour. Really don’t know what do you mean by “Half an hour” If really your technicians are not available then please hand over your business who really do the service centre business.
