As per Ref : S018/CLAIMS DATED 21/10/2016
sir, in deduction showing unpaid amount 2292/- of 4 installment, but the amount has been paid in records. as per salary bill DDO no.21635
1st installment bill no 22 dated 27/07/2016 draw date by (treasery BARAN) on 05/08/2016 has been paid amount 573/-.
2nd installment bill no26 dated 30/08/2016 draw dated by (treasery BARAN) on 02/09/2016 has been paid amount 573/-
3rd installment bill no31 dated 22/09/2016 draw dated by (treasery BARAN) on 01/10/2016 has has been paid amount 573/-.
and the last 4th installment bill no.39 dated 24/10/2016 draw dated by (treasery BARAN) on 28/10/2016 has been paid amount 573/-
but the lic showing that the same four installments are due and setelled claims without these installments (without amount 2292/-).total payable amount is 141700/- but the lic paid the amount 139408/- in my account.
