HORRIBLE AND PATHETIC SERVICE. WORST EVER IN THE GLOBE AND BEYOND. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ANY BASIC COMMON SENSE AND DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. PATHETIC TO THE BEST. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES OR MANAGEMENT PICKS THE CALLS. HORRIBLE EVER.
I HAVE CALLED THE BELOW FOLKS AND HAVE BEEN CALLING ALL THE BELOW NUMBERS FOR AT LEAST 300 TIMES IN THE LAST ONE WEEK AND NO IDIOT HAS CARED TO RESPOND BACK, LEAVE ABOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM, MOST HORRIBLE FELLOWS ON EARTH.

AND THE WORST PART IS THAT THE CALL CENTER – 040-39404040 IS NOT PICKING UP CALLS AFTER 10 AM.
EVERYTIME I CALL THEM BEFORE 10 AM THEY SAY THEY HAVE ADDED A REMINDER AND THEY WILL SEND THE SERVICE PERSON, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS AFTER THAT.
AGAIN IF I CALL THEM AND ASK FOR ESCALATION POINT OF CONTACT, THEY SAY MANAGERS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE BEFORE 10 AM AND POST THAT THEY WILL NOT PICK THE CALL.
WITH GREAT DIFFICULTY I CATCH HOLD OF COUPLE OF MANAGERS AND THEY JUST SAY SERVICE PERSON WILL COME ‘TODAY’ BUT I HAVENT SEE THAT “TODAY” UNTILL NOW IN THE LAST ONE WEEK.
I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW KENSTAR IS TOLERATING SUCH DIRTY SERVICE AND NO ONE IS BOTHERING TO TAKE CARE OF THESE THINGS.
