iBall customer service is not reachable. I tried with all locations of chennai and in head office also.
Jan 31st I have submitted 2.1 iBall speaker to Ambattur service centre for board malfunctioning.
Four months done. Still I didn’t receive my speaker in proper condition. Payment Rs.800 also paid.
There is no proper response from the service centre and now it is closed for last two weeks
