Banerjee Lane, Belghoria, kolkata-700056 Hatway Cable TV holder last 2 years now I am not able to service from Nantu Bose, BSCN 119,Prafulla Nagar, Belghoria, Kolkata-700056. Open my TV show “Please insurt your card (1)” form 01.12.2017. Please help me to relief from this violation.

Maximum time his mobile is switched off or not reachable.
He doesn’t give us customer Friendly support and service for which we are paying.
ARE WE GETTING DIGITAL SERVICE AS MENTIONED BY HATHWAY ?
if yes. Then why aren’t we given the direct web based system to pay and select our own list of Channels. Why are we forced to recharge and depend for the same on our local Cable operators.
