Cable net work is blocked since four days.( Services shifted from another agency to you just eight days ago) Trying to contact Mr.Kumar, your rep. He is not picking the phone or guiding us hot to proceed. Pl act on priority and confirm.
We have shifted our connection. The service was given for some days, then one fine day I get to know from the screen that the channels have been blocked, for reasons unknown. With out any communication how are we to make out the reason for such action and with out knowing how can one get out this undesirability? Can I be helped? I may be contacted on 09886287430
I have been trying to get my grievence redressed for over a week now.. the trasmission is very poor but to no avail contact no 49457800 given to me at their new office is just not reachable. my emails to their imp officials dont reach as their boxes are full. This is no way to serve , wonder whom to approach.....
Hathway digital tv service sucks big time. No customer service available. All contact numbers given and email addressess updated here are of no use beacuse none of them work. And the local-area service provider provides services at his convenience.

I have shifted my connection to a new area which is just 200 meters from my old house. Now I got my connection here and it says the same for most of the channels. This channel is not subscribed, please contact customer care or hathway office. If I try to contact it says number which I have called is busy on another call always.
