I have been trying to get my grievence redressed for over a week now.. the trasmission is very poor but to no avail contact no 49457800 given to me at their new office is just not reachable. my emails to their imp officials dont reach as their boxes are full. I have shifted my connection to a new area which is just 200 meters from my old house. Now I got my connection here and it says the same for most of the channels. Hathway cable tv is inconsistent functioning and the service by the agent is irregular. But he is very regular in collecting the monthly charges. The customer care contact number given – 080 67151515) is not responding and Grievance officer number 9742737999 – the person says it is wrong number. There is no service since last two days. We have a disabled child who needs the TV connection otherwise our lives become hell. Any number of calls to the bill collecting person Prasad 9880272095 he is not coming.

Hathaway cable service is the worst service I have seen. Their service rep. who came to collect the monthly dues cut off all the Tamil channels I used to get, obviously with some ulterior motive. The representative who collects the money does not give receipt so the customer is always at his mercy. For the past 4days he has been promising to come and rectify the mistake, but has never come. Their Customer care no. is always unreachable and the number given for grievance representative is a wrong number. How such public service companies are allowed to function? The management should be ashamed of this.
I have been requesting for digital setup box since 6 months and the provider is not cooperative.
