I have recently purchased 2 steel wardrobes from your store in Mysore.
I was promised that the delivery would be done in the morning and installation that same afternoon.
2 days ago, the wardrobes were delivered in the morning in Knocked down condition, but nobody came for installation that afternoon.
When my wife called the store, she was told that the men had gone elsewhere and that they would come the next day. As we had scheduled the installation for Tuesday and we had a another appointment the next day, we scheduled the installation for Thursday. Shashidhar from your store promised us that the men would definitely be at our apartment by 9.30 Thursday morning but nobody showed up. When my wife once again called shashidhar she was told that they were in Bangalore and would be at our apartment by 10.30.
This irresponsible and callous attitude of your staff is extremely bad and is not expected from a company like Godrej. We are senior citizens and feel harassed by this pathetic behavior of your staff.
