Dear sir,
The outer unit of my 1.5 ton Split AC is not functioning. During last season, I called your Service Engineer who took the unit to service station and informed that coil is leaked and can not be repaired. Outer unit will have to be replaced. Is it possible to buy only outer unit from Voltas Dealer/Service station.? If yes, what is the price and warranty. If possible, ask your representative to call me on 7759938925. Regards. R K Kapoor

Dear Sir,
I am having one 1.5 ton window 5 star rating Voltas AC but from last season neither its remote is working not its screen is working properly. It is displaying only E2 where as only very few occasions it is displaying temperature. Kindly depute your service engineer so that exact reason may be identified and corrected accordingly.
