I have purchased one Usha Halogen Oven model HO 3514i about six years ago and at this time it is out of warranty.Now it is not functioning.I had contacted Usha Customer Care no 18001033111 on 14/02/2022 for a visit with CC2202141206 & technician visited reported that its halogen tube is faulty & shall be replaced.I requested him to replace & paid Rs 300/- as visiting fee.On 15/02/2022 i got message from Usha Cust Care that due to unavoidable reasons complaint has been cancelled.Then i again lodge complaint on 15/02/2022 and given CC2202155085.One technician contacted me & i told him that visit has been made by technician on 14/02 & he has reported halogen tube faulty.He enquired from local service centre & told me that order for purchase of tube has been given & shall be available within a week.Again i received a message from cust care that due to unavoidable reasons your complaint has been cancelled.Then i again put a complaint on 17/02/2022 & given no CC2202173680.I received a phone from local service centre & he informed that order for tube has been placed,as it comes from China there is no timelimit .He told me that they will contact me when the tube is available.Yesterday i again contacted Usha Service Centre & told them that One & half months have passed but my complaint has not been resolved & told them that owner of service centre is saying that spare will come from China & not available in India.They again issued me no CC2203317058 & told that complaint will be resolved soon.I request yourself that after a lapse of one & a half months my complaint has not been resolved ,will u please tell me how many months/years i have to wait for resolving my complaint or i should throw my halogen oven in scrap.
