Dear sir,
I have purchased a Sony viao laptop in the year 2012 from a sony dealar of Guwahati, but just aftet a month it started giving problem, I complant to the dealar and he kept it for few days and returnef that it was ok, I came home with the laptop but again same not working, subsiquently I again went to dealar and failed to repair the problem and I kept the same to repair propetly . I visited many days but only he , the owner used to say that it will be sent to Kolkata for reparing and after keeping more than two years he returned it to me that it is a set which only companies fault and I still told the owner please try for it but after keeping many days they inforned that mothet board to be repaired, I still agreed and subsiquenly changed the mother board and charged from me Rs. 15000/- Which I paid but still not working properly, total cost is Rs 45000/- +Rs.15000/- =60000/- still not working and it is a only peace which I have to just throgh away to dustbin,. Your so called company Sony, I am sending the coplaint with a view to get some justice for the same which I dont have any fault, only fault is I have choosen SONY VIAO, really shame.
