Dear LG,
I contacted the LG Customer Care Centre at Chandigarh (1800-180-9999 ) The assistant helper who answered the phone was speaking in Hindi almost like Sanskrit. When I requested him to please converse in English he replied his inability to do so.
2. I then asked him to send a technician to solve my problem he replied that they do not visit any problem sites.
3. LG and Samsung both started their sales and services in India simultaneously but Samsung is much ahead in both sales and service as compare to LG. Though LG products are of good quality but your advertisement and after sales services are much to be desired.
4. Please study and contemplate on what I have fed you.
