IFB has given customer care service to local franchises which do pathetic work and do not attend service call when customer raise a complain against them then whole IFB from Top to bottom harass the customer by do not giving any answer , customer care person do not reveal his or her Id and do not give any number or e mail address to talk or lodge a complain. IFB and their customer care service center enjoy with customer hard earn money. Very Pathetic Situation.
