IFB washing machine. Serial number 46800 Date of purchase 10-6-2013
I fully appreciate the performance of our washing machine and remain obliged.
Issues to be noted.
1.During the warraent period thats on 3-8-15, the machine broke down and its mother board was replaced by Smart Care service, Kochi
2. Smart Care was approached last week as the machine brok down.
a. They mentioned that AMC request had been made to me during the month of JUne. It is a false claim
b. They inspected and and said that the mother board has to be replaced
c. In my absence it is my wife communicated with them and agreed to replace. They quoted for Rs.4500 including repair charge
d. Yesterday the board was replaced and found that earlier mother board was replaced with an old repaired one. There wa a permanent pen reference written SENO-VX-M
e. My wife insisted that the board should be replaced with genune in sealed packet.
f. They replaced with new with pack found sealed and opened in front of my wife.
g. Suudently from Rs. 4500 mentioned is hiked to Rs. 6130. with with Rs. 1000 as repair and board cost Rs. 5100.
I don't understand the logic behind your sudden rate change after the bord is installed.
PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR REPAIR PLOICY.
