Hello there,
I purchased all Havells electrical appliances for my residence. Two are digital bello 15 litres water geysers. One has gone out of order and not heating. Promptly I contacted customer care who allocated me a number HG290675 on 28.07.2018. The repair was given to Ms Avarua Enterprises and one Raghavendra visited on the same day and found coil ok, digital display ok. He said the PCB may be out of order and said in 2 days he will come back and replace and make it ok. He quoted arms 1500/- approx cost. After giving clearance I have been waiting all these days for repairs but he has not turned up. I have again contacted CC and enquired. Is it the now I have to throw the Havells geyser of and go for a ordinary geyser which is not digital?
Looks like digital stuff in India will not work as there I see definitely power failures and variation in voltages which is not under our control.
So an ordinary without electronic controls are the best for India.
However how to get this repaired?
