Hi here in Hyderabad at my area the network are full dum full stuck and channeled are blocked,when we asked to the local operator he dident answer any thing he talks rude and just come for taking money.what to do they are not resolving problem this is from last year.sorry we cannot bare this from hathway operators.full Guandahism.

Hi, our code no is 000124852781, cable operator is Sabdeep Star tv, our cable tv setup box is not working, since yesterday, we are calling several times but no body is responding.
In new maruthi nagar the cable net work is worst. Simply when we asked ourman will come and it will be set ri.since seven days we here are facing the corruptive data.why this is no body knows. Kindly look at the matter and instruct the mrs satya communications.

This Company is so poor on customer care experience . Hathway does not have a single system for the local office and internet transactions. This is shame on this company. I have paid online for the HD cable TV for the year and I do not have the services even after paying this amount from that day. Local cable operators ask us to visit Hathway office and Local Hathway office including head office ask us to call customer care and check for the issue face. On Customer care ,nobody bothers to pick the call . Even they don't have a mechanism to check the missed call and call us back. This shows how they treat their customers. Today tried for more than 15 times and could not connect to customer care team. It is so frustrating and bad customer experience.
If someone can guide or help here is the issue :
I have paid Hathway cable connection for HD subscriptions online on Cable card : 0000-7843-5120. The amount was mention 1657 for a year which was paid online thru netbanking. After that when I checked with Cable operator he said 166 Rs is short which he deposited physically with Kukatpally, Hyderabad office. After that, I got HD connection for 1 month after that it was de-activated. I called up again then they confirmed that i have balance in my card account but they are not sure why i am not getting HD channels. So They asked me to check with Customer care and ask them to activate. This entire episode is for last 5 months without any solution.
