Dear sir,
This mail is for information about product quality and services given by so called best service employees.
Four year back I have purchased an AC of goodrej company 1.5 ton for my friend Mr D.K. BISWAS & MRS BALA BISWAS, from Agarwal motors Karamchand chouk Jabalpur , as my friend stays near to Jabalpur approx 125 km in Pindrai and visit his home in Jabalpur where AC is installed for once in a month for a Sunday or Monday for shopping purpose.
Initially when AC was installed for one month it was in working position but as on end of second month it stopped cooling and my friend informed to agarwal motors and when on next visit when Mr biswas visited his home in Jabalpur service person after checking told him that gas is leaked and gas warranty is for 3 months which is lapsed and you need to fill gas in AC again, there after he charged for filling gas without giving bill as informed by agarwal motors.
FOLLOWING SERVICE MEN WITH AMOUNT AND WORK DONE IN LAST FOUR YEARS
1. After 3 months first service men from agarwal motor ( distributor ) visited home and found gas is leaked and need to refill gas and for the same we paid RS 3260/- as 3 months warranty period was expired. Distributor told us he will not give bill for same thus we paid without bill.
2.Again after 3 months and 6 months from purchase gas again leaked and again a person form distributor visited and charged RS 5200/- for repairing and parts change, don't know what parts changed, service person could not give any information for same .again bill was not given as told by distributor.
3. Again when in 9th month gas was leaked distributor suggested to change copper pipe line to resolve issue permanently, we paid him 2700, bill he given was of RS 700/- , he told parts I am given from my side thus bill cannot be given.
4. Then Mr arvind from company service centre visited, he charged RS 2900/- and given bill without mentioning amount on it and told now gas will not leak. But after a month gas leaked and AC stopped cooling.
5. Now Mr Imran visited he charged RS 800/- again after month gas leaked.
6. Again Mr Imran visited he charged 3200/- for final repair but just after a month AC left cooling , thus we called Imran again as he has given guarantee that as is fine.
7. Again Imran third time visited and checked and suggested to throw this AC in garbage this his worst piece he repaired till date .
8. Then Mr soni visited he suggested to put stabiliser' thus he brought stabiliser of 3000/- and charged RS 3000/- for repairing , total paid RS 6000/- .
9. But again gas leaked we called arvind again for filling gas without bill he charged RS 1700/-, but problem was not solved and again after a month gas leaked and AC was not cooling.
10. We called Mr patel and Rampaul private service men visited and filled gas but AC was not cooling as gas was leaking.
11. then finally Mr amit and Mr Verma visited with me and after intense checkup they found that in indoor unit has a very minor leakage, and when I requested my tushar to repair he told we have to pay 7000/- for repairing , then we are ready to get it repaired but as soon service men changed indoor unit coil they found some new problem that electricity load in not proper and we need to change face , we are already having 3 face connection and all nabours are using AC in same face with stabiliser place for AC then how this new problem arises, I want to know weather company is having some trained service team or just fooling customers
This was not end the worst staff responded me as below :
Then when lastly problem was diagnosed and I called Mr tushar Pathak for help he very bluntly told me if you want to fix this problem you have to pay 7000/- RS , when I argued him that this is manufacturing fault and you people could not find for 4 years he started shouting and said do what you want to do we cannot help you and lastly I asked him to give some waver in amount he told me to call back but till date we have not received any call, this type of attitude shown by service person of Godrej company employees, this was worst answer as he is company employ and could not come up with solution.
After a week of above issue again Mr biswas received a phone call by Mr "Akhilesh tiwari . , who misbehaved in phone and told him let me see what you can do,you people are shit and cannot do any thing , this type of misbehaviour is expected as his boss tushar was also misbehaved with me.
My concern is if AC indoor unit has a minor leakage and gas was leaking slowly then why for four years with 10 different service persons could not diagnose actual problem with AC. now when the problem is diagnosed why company is asking us to pay for rectification of Issue, I could not understand why service person is cheating for money to be paid without bill , sir all this service men will be executed in court and will be prosecuted for cheating with customer as we have cctv clips for all paid amount and Bill received.
We have faced problem from very first day and product received was damaged and we were cheated for four years by service centres and company.
My request is to replace or repair the damaged AC with extended service warranty for 6 months or we are forced to take legal shelter against Godrej company, distributor and all service persons from service centre who could not diagnosed issue.
GODREJ AC , SERVICE , PRODUCT and COMPANY IS WORST, does not care about customers.
