After 40 days struggle,the technician came and attended my request on 6th August 2018. He has seen that drinking water coming outlet cap is missing. He told it is not available and provide as and when it is available with him. Further he is advising to buy new model and discard oid one. When asked for any exchange offer he said 'NO'.
