Sir, I am having an Aqua Sure Elegant RO water purifier set, of 6L capacity, which is a product of Aquaguard, purchased by me during Oct 2015. As per the user hand book instruction the time is overdue for replacement of all the five filters.As the product was purchased from a defence run canteen, kindly inform me of the possibility of obtaining the filter elements meant for servicing at either mysore or Bangalore with suitable address.

i would like to bring to your kind notice that i purchased aquaguard magna HD in the month of March. i had booked a higher end model and payed for the same. later decided to change to Magna HD. Mr Pramod & Mr Manjunath who were communicating with me promised that they would return around 3300 difference amount in 15 days. it has been 3 months that i havent heard fromm them. i would here by request you to kindly look into the matter before i take legal steps

WE have purchased a Dr aquaguard magana water purifier abovt 2 years back It was giving problem every now and then for which I have given annual mantainance contract for 2 years with eureka forbes M S AQUA CART Rajeev nagara Mysore on 25th july 2017 to 24 july 2019. AMC Contract is still in force . But the aquaguard went wrong and It is showing green light intead of blue light from 6th january2019 . The complaint was registered with Reprentetive of Eureka forbes Mr Swamy mobile number 9035783615. In spite of calling him several times he assured to come and attend the problem but did not turned up .This type of attitude was never expected by the reputed service oriented company MS Eureka forbes It is leaving a indellible bad ipression on the company itself So I request the concerned authority to look in to my problem before I take legal steps
