It is very unfortunate that in two year of AMC ( 2016 to 2018 ) service engineer has not visited SINGLE timer from last year and suddenly at the end of AMC period they wake up and asking renewal of AMC. No filter even has been replaced second year because from last one year they have not visited. Now suddenly last week one service engineer came without information and asking for renewal of AMC.
it should be very shameful to servicing team that required spare parts has not been replaced ( Filters etc in second year ) and no service given but now they are very rudely saying to get renew the AMC.
As a customer please take it as a feedback that I am not getting service proper and not in time at all. It also seems that service engineer are selling spare parts out side for personal benefits which parts should be replaced in AMC to customer. they may having also fake signature of customer for service visit. I am the witness of this incident that in last one year none of service engineer has visited and not a single FILTER was replaced which is to be replaced as per schedule once in a year as was explained in beginning of AMC.
As a customer I want replacement of filter which was not replaced last year and one good service free of cost before renewal of AMC.
Please focus on your service team and the quality of service given to the customer if your really want to improve your service and want growth of your company other wise there are many more water purifier in the market. Your neglecting and cheating behaviour towards service in AMC may lead the customer to move to other.
