I don't got your service center in vizag
i have taken a AO smith water purifier in oct 21 and the same came under complaint15th july, i have lodged a comlaint in the toll free no but no response, written several mails to their head office no respnse , running from pillar to post till date and today a person from reliance digital inspect the machine and said that the filters have to be replaced and the sad part is that the filters are not avbl and will take time.I m suffering without pure drinking water since the last five days and AO smith persons are not bothered, really they do not care for a customer, service is worst and poor, they talk big while taking the product and will neve care of customer, is this the way to do customer service, i have even written mails to mr.Parag kulkarni CEO, Mr.ashis kaul , director and mr.Prasanth dhar, director but not a single reply from them,they feel that are too big to handle customer complaints, this is really sad and disturbing i hv never come across such a worst and horroble servce, ,my whole fmly is suffering for drining water and non is bothered..i strongly recommed that such products should be displayed and consumers should never purchase AO smith products, if u do so its ur funeral.
