  • My Service complaint Ticket no SR1103117699582 is pending since 12th Night almost 40 hrs have passed... I donot know, how the ACT officials closed the ticket, without customer satisfaction... when I get the message, than again I reopen it. I am facing lot of problem, as I am unable to use internet..

    I had switched over from NEXTRA, their speed was low, but service was much better than yours. Keeping in view your speed and assurances, I paid six months advance payment, but now I fee, I have done mistake.

    Please improve your services, that should be 24 x 7, without fail, it should be resolved in maximum time of 4 hours. Now the days in competetion, no body can stay in the market, untill the company provides the aftersales service.

    Kindly restore my connection within two hours , otherwise I display it on Face Book and will share in my groups on whatsap.
