My connection hasn't been working since 2 days as the cable was cut by some f*****g retards & the customer service is at its worst.
My 2 years working connection was disconnected saying that high tension line is going and 3 months i did not had a connection still was charged 900 rs. After 3 months of followup for GX connection last week audit team told we cannot provide the connection due to high tension line. Today one CC executive(Annapoorna & Satya) asked me to pay 2200 for GX connection and promised will get connection immediately if i pay. After paying they are saying it might take 3 days or 7 days for connection. Really fed up with ACT Support
